Ada ran claims and underwriting operations for fifteen years before deciding that the advice her firm bought was worse than the advice it gave itself. She founded Tessel in 2021 on one rule, agree the number before the work, and still leads most audits personally. She is the partner in the room when a board is told which line of business to stop.

Marek built and ran payment infrastructure that could not go down, and brings that habit to everything Tessel ships: a system is not delivered until it has an owner, a rollback and a runbook. He co-founded the firm with Ada and leads the Digital & AI service.

Priya ran a distribution network of forty depots before joining Tessel, and has never trusted a process map drawn in a meeting room since. She opened the Amsterdam office in 2022 and leads the Operations & Performance service, six weeks on the floor, then a redesign the team leads wrote with her.

Ruth runs Tessel itself, the hiring, the utilisation, the fixed-fee model that makes the firm's incentives match its clients'. She publishes the firm's own figures internally every month, on the same basis it asks of its clients.
